Weekend @ Daisys’ Scrapbooking Retreats have been an awesome time of connection and crafting for many many years, but due to staff changes and Barbi’s current health journey, our In-store Retreats in 2026, are being replaced with a new CROP format.

Our Cardmaking Retreats are held at the Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre at Currimundi with plenty of space to create, shared accommodation with ensuites and the nearby boardwalk and beach to enjoy! (NB – whilst the emphasis is on Cardmaking – you are more than welcome to bring projects of choice (eg Scrapbooking, Journaling etc).

Cost is $325pp and this year will be held 12-14 June, 2026.

Our Retreats have become very popular and we strongly suggest that you book in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. A non refundable and non transferable $25 deposit is required to secure your booking, (scroll down for bank account details or phone the store to pay via credit card).

Additional All in Crop Information

12 hours straight papercrafting bliss! Enjoy time in the Daisy Chain Workshop doing whatever it is you want to do, go all in to get projects finished, assemble kits or do those repetitive tasks that make your creative time tick. The event fee includes access to the deep supply of tools and techniques in the Workshop, along with a generous scrapbooking kit put together specifically for the event. Of course your time at Daisy Chain is not complete without being treated to lunch and dinner in the Daisy Chain Kitchen, and this will come with an endless supply of conversation with your paper sisters!

NOTE: Whilst the kit for these events will be centred around scrapbooking, you are welcome to bring and undertake any papercrafting project of your choice.

Turn your attendance at an All in Crop into a retreat by joining us in store the day ahead of the Crop, for one or both of the options available on select Fridays throughout the year

Friday Morning Card Class

Join the weekly card making class in the morning and enjoy the company of some Daisy Chain regulars whilst you hone your card making skills.

Time: 9:30AM-11:30AM

Price: $20

+1 Crop

Start your All in Crop early with an additional 12 hours of workshop time. Dinner will be provided to those attending the +1 session!

Time: 1PM to 1AM

Additional Cardmaking Retreat Information

Our Cardmaking retreats commence at 4PM on Friday afternoon and conclude 3PM Sunday. All meals and morning/afternoon teas and suppers are included. Accommodation is provided in ensuite rooms containing two double bunks (and single accommodation may be available at an extra cost). Sufficient rooms are available to provide everyone with a ‘bottom-bunk’ bed. The Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre is located at 80 Currimundi Road, Currimundi, on the Sunshine Coast – an hour’s drive north of Brisbane.

The cost of the weekend includes meals, giveaways and a technique Cardmaking class with the amazing EDNA Edie.

We also provide a Challenge Pack and invite you to participate in a Card Swaps over the weekend.

Payments for Retreats

A deposit of $25 is required to secure your booking for our regular scrapbooking and cardmaking retreats. You are welcome to phone and pay via Credit Card, drop in personally or pay via Direct Deposit (see below).

As we often have people on our waiting list, we are asking that all deposits be paid by the due date. If your deposit is not received, and we are unable to contact you, your booking will be cancelled and the place will go to the next person on the waiting list. We thank you for your understanding, as we try to give everyone the opportunity to attend these popular events.
